•If a package is requested to be refrigerated, it will usually cause a 1 day delay. Packages are placed in refrigeration when/after they are sorted. Refrigeration packages receive an intercept request which when sorted, diverts them to our refrigeration container. The container is refrigerated until the next operation where that containers volume is processed again.
